Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of Femina and the purchase of the Premium subscription. By using the service, you accept them.

2. The service

Femina is a tracking and well-being app. It offers free features and a Premium subscription (community, specialised content and advanced features).

Femina does not provide medical advice. Cycle and fertility predictions are estimates, not medical certainties.

3. Account and eligibility

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential.

4. Premium subscription and price

Premium access is paid. Offers and their prices depend on the country and the payment channel; the exact price that applies is shown to you before any payment confirmation.

On the website, in countries where PawaPay is available, the applicable offer is 1,050 FCFA per month or 10,500 FCFA per year. These amounts do not apply to every country.

In the Android app, the offers and their prices come from Google Play billing.

On the website, the PawaPay payment is one-off, for the chosen period: there is no automatic debit. Near the expiry date, a reminder invites you to renew if you wish.

In countries where PawaPay is available, a free 3-day Premium trial may be offered at sign-up; a reminder is then sent to you by email on the second day. At the end of the trial, Premium access requires a payment; no automatic debit is made.

In the Android app, renewal and cancellation of the subscription are managed by Google Play, from your Google account.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by PawaPay (website) or by Google Play billing (Android). No bank card data is processed or stored by Femina.

6. Withdrawal and refund

Refund conditions are described in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Community

Participation in the community is subject to rules of respect and to moderation. Unlawful or abusive content may be removed and accounts restricted.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Femina does not replace a medical consultation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service; cycle estimates are provided for information only and are neither a medical diagnosis nor a contraceptive method..

9. Intellectual property

Femina's content and elements are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and competent jurisdiction: the State of Wyoming (USA), seat of the publisher Digitboxes LLC.
